Clicking name in comments

I'd like to change it so that if I comment on another persons video if someone reading the commment clicks my name it goes to my youtube channel. At present its only going to my Google+ account which is pretty bare.

Is that possible to do?
 
When someone clicks on your name in the comments section of a video, then it should direct them to your channel. I think you get directed to the google+ page if you click on someones name in the google notifications section.
