I'm just wondering can anything bad happen if you have to many acknowledged 3rd party claims? I have about 2 due to a game that i'm playing and i'm just wondering if it has any backlash to it

I believe it makes a strike and stops you getting a partnership with a network if not taken down

generally I win the claims because I have plenty of rights to the stuff but the one reinstated the claim and i'm waiting for a response from the makers I don't know I might just take them down then

yeah you have the rights to the things you created

You always have the slight chance the copyright holder will want to take down your video and then you get a strike along with it.
