Claiming videos, ad settings

Hi am newly paretnered and a bit lost with the claiming ad settings. What do you all feel are the best settings? currently i have
Overlay in-video ads

TrueView
Standard in stream
Standard up to 30s and pre roll.
As i dont want mid ads, think thats good settings?

The only one i dont want is mid ads, as i dont want them being in the middle of my video
