Claiming on Music Mixes?

My friend has made a few music mixes (obviously with music already made) but mixes them together and such. He was asking if i would be able to put them on my channel as I am partenered. Seeing as RPM are taking a long time to get back to me I thought I would ask on here if I would be able to do this?

Unfortunately if he has no permission to use the songs he mixed I don't think so.. :/

Not only do you need permission, you need the permission to make money off these songs which is an important detail to remember in the future when asking artists for permission.
