The video's sorta slow, the jump cuts sometimes cut you off in the beginning and sometimes leave some awkward silences. Also sometimes it shows you moving back from the camera after pressing start. Plan your timing!
The volume jumps around a bit and also try to practice more so you don't have some of the errs and umms.
But other than that, good for a first vlog =P
