I went to your channel for an idea as to why you aren't attracting active subs and found part of your problem.

Your problem isn't your vids; it's the lack of your interacting with your audience. When someone comments on your most recent video, reply to them.

I have no doubt that if you were to do this one thing, your subs would be a lot more active. They subbed to guys they thought were cool. Imagine their delight when the cool guys in the videos reply to their comments.
