Channel flip???

Hey. I'm thinking of applying for a partnership in December because I want to take time to develop my channel.

One of the networks that interested me was 'Channel flip' it has the top youtubers in the UK like danisnotonfire, Sam pepper, pointlessblog and Casper lee and I checked their website and it seems they are good at promoting "talent" and I thought I might be good fit because I live in the UK (I can connect with people similar to me) and I show my talent on youtube.

So if anyone knows, what are the requirements for it? So that I can work my way up for it.

So are they the type of network that find you and ask you if we want to join other thank you tell them you want to join?
