Channel Facelift

Just gave my channel a graphical re-haul, would love some feedback!

Also, I have the option to give my videos custom thumbnails, but I never felt like it was necessary. I feel like (most of the time) the thumbnails that YouTube create are indicative of the content of each of the videos, and putting a graphic over them would make them start to look the same.
Have you found that adding custom thumbnails generally helps or hurts you? Or have you not noticed a difference?

That's probably suited for another thread, but ah well!

Well done on the graphics change. It's a lot better than it was the first time I checked it out. As far as custom thumbnails, I guess it's all about how you go about it? Don't use misleading thumbnails (not saying you would) and try to relate to your audience with them. Make something that could be attention grabbing, but nothing too flashy.

I think it can help make a channel look a little more professional. I think what I'd like to do on my channel is have a different template for each type of video, whether it be a vlog, a cover, an original song, or something. It'd make it easier to navigate the countless videos I'll be uploading!

I love my thumbnails. I think if you design them right, they'll bring in the traffic. It's the ones that are boring and plain (like a logo that doesn't represent the game/video/etc) that would likely turn people off.

It looks very clean! That makes it really nice and professional. Personally I'm not a big fan of font-type (the one you use for "//xandervlogs"), but as I said, that's just my personal oppinion.

Thanks! I'm a bit obsessed with that font, and I need to break that some day. But, TODAY IS NOT THAT DAY! Hahaha
