Channel Comments Not Working on YouTube

Anyone able to post channel or video comments? Mine have stopped working and I get an error every time somehow. Do you get this too?
 
Yrs I've had th same, was checking on my phone angel got a message saying something to do with site maintenance and they will be back shortly.
 
Mine are seemingly working now, well someone was able to comment on my channel last night so I am guessing it is fixed, can anyone else confirm they're working again?
 
It seems they keep going on and off, one minute theyre there and then they disappear, I wonder if it has been reported already as it is rather frustrating only being able to approve comments waiting every now and then.
