Definitely that one you put on your post. Looks more pro. Maybe add a grunge-ish purple and black background to match.

You should use the new one, it just looks better. The old one is kind of blocky and doesn't have any contrast.

ahh, whenever i try to do stuff like this it always ends up like a complete mess, hence why i don't have any avatar's or channel art on youtube and why i only have a skull on here
