Request Channel Art

I've been messing around with my channel art for a while now
and im getting tired of changing it every few weeks

what im looking for is:
"Adam Fitz" as well as My logo (attached) (not adam fitz vlogs)
Geometric shapes like triangles
and my profile picture to fade into the background like it does now

OH and my favorite colours are teal and red
