Can't upload channel art?!

Hello fellow YTTalkers,
I am a bit frustrated with YT at the moment because every time I click change channel art and sign in with the window it brings up, another window appears, trying to open Google Drive, but it NEVER loads, so if anyone has a suggestion it would be greatly appreciated!

What was the size of the outputted file? Make sure it's under 2MB

What format was it? PNG is recommend, JPEG works but seems to not give as good results.

Are getting past the upload to where it shows it to you on multiple devices?

When you click save does it stay until you reload?? Or does it give an error?
 
I hate Google+ because it won't put my avatar in the subscription box. When people subscribe to me (and click anywhere else), my avatar is lost from their subscription bar :( I've tried everything, but nothing works :crying:

Anyone know what to do?

I had the same problem but it randomly fixed it itself. Why can't they just keep G+ and YT separate? -.-
