Can't Figure out the bulk Annotation

Can someone help how to get this going/running plz. Or even where to install it from?

you need to go in your fullscreen dashboard in the google chrome browser and install it from there you must be signed into fullscreen and youtube at the same time for the bulk annotator to work.. i use it it works wonders for me

I am doing that...it only shows me little screens of what to do and nothing else.

Wow is this only available for Fullscreen? I've wanted auto/repeatable annotations on my videos for ages.

Are you referring to the instructions window? Its really easy to use you need to get it from within the dashboard and drag it in the extensions tab in google chrome

Its available to fullscreen partners and im sure fullscreens smaller networks such as creator x

I'm also having difficulty installing the Bulk Annotator. Whenever I go to install it it says that extensions cannot be added from this page and going to the URL just gets me a page that the URL isn't valid.
