Can't acces dashboard

For some reason I can't acces the dashboard anymore.
I get this error:

That is a good question. I don't even have access to the dashboard yet :( I got my features with this channel with RPM about a week ago.
 
I too cant access the dash board and i am partner from around 3 or 4 moths some one helm me out :(

For the record, I have the same issue. It has been over two weeks, and I didn't receive anything after accepting the YouTube dashboard invitation. I can't send private messages due to my low post count. I also don't plan on posting 49 other messages to send a PM.

I also sent a ticket, but after 4 days I was finally responded upon. After the representative asked several questions, I answered them. Immediately I received a response back being accused of opening multiple tickets and I haven't heard anything since then. Is there an alternative to sending you a private message?

Mind if I send you a PM too? As I am having the same problem with not being able to access the dashboard.
