I am currently living in US, but some of my friends ware living in Japan.
They are thinking about becoming a partner with gaming network. Are these different networks allowing people from other countries to join their network? How would tax thing works? What about the payment?

If anyone can help, it would be great.

Yes, most networks allow people all over the world to join with them. Of course, you would need to look into each individual network to see exactly how it would work for them. But I do know that is possible. As far as payment works, typically from what I've seen, most networks pay through Paypal, but other than that, I don't know the answer to the rest of your question. Hope this helps somewhat!

You are responsible for the taxes yourself (This will be explained in the contract) Payments goes through paypal.
Japan are indeed allowed to become partners.

Any country is fine, unless youtube is blocked in that country e.g. China
For example in Vultra about 15% of our partners are Spanish :)

I am going to create detailed tutorial video about partnership in Japanese.
Many Japanese users has great channel, however many of them are not partnered.
I want to be the person who introduce these great Japanese youtubers to networks.

Do you know how gaming license works? for example, Vultra has licenses to monetize gaming? if so how about Japanese games?
How would that work?
