If I get rejected can I reapply? is there a waiting limit if i get rejected till ill be able to register again?

Sure you can! People's content can change over time, as-long as your not getting rejected then re-applying the next day it should be no worries.

From what I know you can re-apply as many times as you want. However. If it's the same people reviewing your application it might get tiresome if you re-apply all the time if you don't get accepted.

Yes, of course.

What you should get into your mind is this:

Networks WANT you to be partnered with them. They earn $$$ from every channel who joins them. You should NOT want to join a network because that means you will earn less $$$ almost every single time. So WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE BIG ENOUGH.

Also, link your channel with your yttalk account so we can give better advice based on your size.

Of course you can.

Though i'd give it time and grow your channel more. And/or get rid of copyright if you have it.

I disagree with you on that one. Most Youtube networks split the revenue 70/30 which leave the content creator with the bigger split.

Although most networks do partner channels to get more money, so the channels will need quite allot of daily views to get partnered in the first place.

I don't disagree with your 70-30 approximation but fail to see how that makes any part of my statement incorrect.

Networks get part of your revenue.

This means you lose out on part of your revenue.

Now unless the support/increase in CPM (if there is one...) is big enough to make up for that lost $$$, then fine. But I stand by my point that the majority of the time it is not a fair trade.

What specifically do you disagree with and think that the 70-30 average split refutes?
