Can you rate my banner, logo, and splash page?

I am trying to stand out more with my page, and i have made a banner for the new layout of my page. Could you please let me know what you think of it?

Also, I made my logo a little while back, and I like it, but i wanna know if i have creator's bias.

My splash page is something that i have had for a little while now, but i never really had feedback about it.

Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
 
The banner is a cool idea, but the text is a little hard to read. Especially the "Where the abnormal is normal". It was hard to make out what it said. I think the logo is cool :) It's pretty good graphics, just make the text more easier to read! :)

It looks good but try to put graphics to the edge of banner, you stopped a little short. But for making yourself you did good!
 
Lovely banner! But, maybe you could stretch all those red light like things all the way from the left to the right and take out the logo? I think it'd look more filled out like that instead of those empty black spaces. :) Just my opinion, but of course, it's entirely up to you!
 
That is a nice banner. I had to make a new one for mine as well. Its simple, but suits me well :) I drew everything in it so I like it lol.
