1-All you have to do is be very active in this community and hopefully someone will want to sub to you.
2-join forms related to your channel niche. If you do gaming, join a gaming form, if you art, an art form
3- try out reddit , I actually haven't tried it but I've heard it can get you a lot of views BUT a lot of trolls.
4- chose good keywords, have good discription, nice thumbnail, catchy title
5-have a blog. For example I have a tumblr and I post my videos on there and so people can see it
6-make a Facebook fan page, twitter
7-share your videos on your personal Facebook and with friends.
