Can I Video Review/Critique Tweets as Screen Capture?

Hi YTTalkers,

Need some guidance on this, please!!

I am planning to screen capture few of the public tweets and critique them in a video, particularly from the region that I am from. Am I allowed to do it, and will there be a chance for copyright strike down if I post on YouTube. The tweets could be political views, memes, or something in those lines that are in public domain, nothing personal. I might even blur out the sensitive information. Could someone kindly guide me, please?

I say your fine because especially you would be citing the source and date of public information. As long as its not a private account, go for it!
