Nope. Gameplay must have commentary, and you risk a content ID match or a strike if you upload trailers.

Definitely not Trailers. The gaming Network that you would partner with is likely only going to have the video game licences not licences for specific trailers.

tnx! can i replace the commentary with text ?
and if commentary is nessesery.. it was also nessesey when monetizing with adsense(normal YT partner).
What are my advantages than now i'm partnered with machiniba? (couse i was already able to monetize game videos till now with adsense if it was with educational purpuse..)
With machinima , what am i allowed now, what i wasnt when ytpartner?

Depends Machinima and Yeousch pay their partners to upload specific trailer, only their bigger partners though

No you have to speak on it. Your advantages are you can make gaming videos without the risk of copyright strikes BUT the rules are that you must have commentary.

you make me scarry guy's.. and is this commentary part mensioned in the contracts? and if someone cant hear or speak becouse of handycap? still no text?
- without the risk of copyright strikes? Wel that was also the case with adsense as long as its with commentary or with educational purpuse...
