Can I still get paid via Adsense?

I don't but you have to be 18 to have an ad sense account. So you could do one of two things:
1. If you are just starting off, don't monetize your videos at all. You need to make $100 to get paid anyways and at the very least would be 30,000 views, but probably be more then that if you are a small channel.
2. Have one of your parents create an adsense account with their name and then link that account to your youtube account.
