Can I monetize some of the stuff on my channel?

I know the whole deal with gaming networks and what not, but do you guys think I would find any trouble with monetizing Happy Wheels, Super Meat Boy, and small indie games? I figured Super Meat Boy most probably a no go, but the others are small, and I was wondering if you think I would be able to monetize those without being partnered with a network who has the rights and all that.

I mean, the only way you can find out for sure is submit it for monetization, and wait for their reply. As far as I know, if they deny it, it does no harm.
If you check out my videos, it says I cant monetize Far Cry 3, and TF2. When you upload it, it may give you a message saying Acknowledged third party content which wont enable you to do so.

I have issues with some Forza Videos and Not with others, I have done nothing different. If they say no I comply.

Well yeah, I know I COULD probably monetize it. I'm wondering about monetizing it and not running into issues with monetizing stuff I don't own. Like if you monetize gameplay you could end up getting in trouble if you aren't with a partner network, but happy wheels is a small web game. I'm curios if I would run into trouble monetizing that.

It works on a game by game basis, somes game company are awesome (Mojang with Minecraft) and state on their websites that they allow YouTubers to monetize any game content, this is smart and helps them stay relevant in the long run by having the community do your PR work for you.

Then you have the douches like the guys who makes Halo who just outright ban every YouTubers from monetizing content from their games.

Networks are vital for gaming channels because they buy licenses that allows them to use the gaming footage.
