Can I Include A Movie Trailer In My YouTube Video??

I want to make a film review on a film which is out in cinemas at the moment!

Can i include snipets of the film? Even though it will be a Monetization video?

You wouldn't be able to as you would be making money off it in the long run. Use the trailer and give credits;

No, sadly. You'd need permission to show it. I'm not sure about screenshots, it still might fall under the same breach of copyright. The film's poster should be okay though, as these are freely distributed in the press packages. I would check youtube's TOS for more details.

I make movie reviews as well!!! And the answers no. I never include trailers for my vidoes because it's copyright unfortunately.
