I presume you mean be a partner? Yes but you need your parents permission first :)[DOUBLEPOST=1374773884,1374773794][/DOUBLEPOST]After looking at your channel you have 10 subs and just over 100 views, you will probably never make any money and being a partner doesn't help promote you so I'd say wait until your channel has grown alot :)
 
Also, I would recommend you wait until you are hitting between 200-300 views daily to give yourself a large selection of options. A lot of people would recommend about 100, but you can't get in too many networks, and always do a bit of research. I think you mean 200-300 daily views. Monthly views don't mean much and 200-300 are not a lot for a month
 
To be fair, 300 daily views won't get you very far either. I don't mean to come across negatively but I'd wait until I was hitting at least 500 views a day & had a substantial following before jumping in to a partnership.
 
I agree with most here. I would wait to hit atleast 500 daily views and some subscribers a day before going for a partnership. Being where you are now you would make around a dollar or two a month.
