Can I edit or loop free music from YouTube?

YouTube offers us free music for our videos. I'm not sure if we are allowed to edit music from the free section. Can I edit a song and loop it for a video?

yeah you should be able to. YT's music doesnt seem to effect anyone (though its not really top notch music) as of yet.
