Vlog Cameraman needed for help with youtube videos

I am trying to start a youtube channel but I cant find a cameraman
the channel will be based on pranks,pickups,vlogs and social experiments
im 23.
located in london and filming will be done around london
im prepared to pay for the cameraman or they can take some profits from the videos.
