By Partnering With a Gaming Network, Can We Avoid This Problem?

We've been running into the same problem when recording video game walkthroughs (these are for casual games, not major games for consoles). They randomly get the following message, and thus are ad-disabled. We have a regular youtube partnership

"Not Monetized. Click To Provide Proof of Commercial Use Rights" source.

Even though the channel has been growing both in subs and views, we simply can't get the adsense impressions increase, simply because the most viewed videos sooner or later required proof, and of course, we can give the video edition software, the hardware as well, but we simply don't have the permission from the gaming company.

NOW, the main question is, will we avoid constantly getting the message above if we partner with a gaming network?

And another question, Will we get all those videos reenabled for ads after we partner with a gaming network?

EDIT: We forgot to add that we never had a single copyright strike.

Thanks Again.

You shouldn't have those messages again since you're allowed to have gaming footage on your channel when you join a network that allows it. I have uploaded retro games for a while now on fullscreen and I have never seen that message.

What about getting those that have the ! sign ?, could I get those back in track for monetization?

Also, when the networks say that your channel must be 100% copyright free, does it mean that it shouldn't have copyright strikes so far correct?

It means all the lights under account status on your settings page have to be green. Any of those are red and you will be denied. If they are all green you're good to go. As for the question marks I have no clue. I have never seen or heard of them.

I post gameplay videos and have never seen that happen.
Then again, most of the gameplay I use are from games looking for free publicity, anyway.
