Between FullScreen and TGS which one gives the best CPMS?

ask them both avreage cpm it usually varies on ads and what not have to ask them. also % can be negotiated

I know % varies but as I said in the OP assuming you get offered the same % split on both so lets say for example they both offer you 70/30% which one has better cpms?
