Networks I see most often mentioned around the forums is Fullscreen, RPM (Which new contract isn't that great, I suggest not partnering with them), and MakerStudios.

Also, Fullscreen is the #1 independent network out there right now. RPM accepts just about anyone now-a-days. Fullscreen has more requirements to get into the network, but you can get in with like 100 + views daily. The easier it is to get into a network, the worse the network most likely is.
I highly suggest not partnering with RPM (Unless you can get another contract besides 2 year 50/50 split), and AwesomenessTV (I don't know if you have heard about them, but they are a really bad network as well).
