Best Network For Smaller Channels

So ive been looking into Networks recently, because i eventually want to be partnered. i dont think my channel is able to be partnered yet but im wondering if there are any networks for smaller channels out there, and either way which network is the best one to be partnered with?

It's all about personal preferences and what you are looking for in a network.

RPM is very easy to get in to and is still a good network.

Well it seems that your most viewed video is botted, so I would doubt any other networks would want you because of the illegitimacy. You really need to focus on gaining more popularity now like collaborating as your videos do not get that many views, so partnership would really be not much good to you.
I would suggest creating a new account and starting fresh, as the botted video looks terrible.

well currently im only on 110 subs, but views are about 35k coz of one video. so im not sure if i qualify for any networks yet

Yeah getting botted really hurts your channel when you want to apply :-\ . it's probably not something you could have helped, and you could still try getting partnered offcourse. But there is a chance they will reject you because of that

Why do you want a network for small channels? The networks that will accept you will not be as good as the ones for bigger channels. Wait till you get bigger and then apply.
