Best network for me? - Gaming channel with almost 20000 subs

Hey there, I have a gaming channel and I was wondering if the YTtalk community could recommend a network for me. Over the last months, the most I've received as a partner was 0.7$ per 1000 views, and I would like to change that for the better.

Info about my gaming channel: I've almost hit 20.000 subs and 40.000 views a day. No copyrighted material. The content is all in English, but the videos are surprisingly popular in Asia, having 60% demographics from Asia, 15% from Europe 10% from North America and 15% from others.

My questions are: is having 0.7$ per 1000 views (having all videos monetized with all monetizations enabled) normal for a channel with such demographics? And if not: What networks would you recommend for my gaming channel?

post a link to your channel haha and with those kinda stats the game station
 
I should say you should join the lollypop guild, I heard they're looking for a leader.

With 20.000 subs you can join almost all networks, but 40.000 views is not that much with 20.000 subs so I should say you're a sub4sub dude, cheater of just someone that tries to joke with us.

he is saying he gets 40k views daily not total haha and whats wrong with the lollipop guild >.<
