Best network for CPM

I would like to know what network has the best cpm's and possibly an order or networks cpm rankings. I would like non biased answers because I've got contracts from rpm tgn fullscreen and Vultra to all consider and I've heard good about all of their cpm's and I've also heard bad I've heard rpm is very small and has bad customer support I've heard fullscreen has awful cpm's I've heard Vultra isn't that good at growing your channel and I don't even want to start on what I've heard of tgn. I also got a partnership request from zoomin.tv and they have a 80/20 cut and extremely high cpm's which is very appealing. So I would please please please please like someone who is not biased and preferably partnered or has been with one of these networks to clear all this up for me and tell me which have the best cpm's. thanks in advance

I`m biased but I`ve had channels in RPM,Vultra and ZoominTV.
RPM has good CPMs
Vultra and ZoominTV has Awesome CPMs but Vultra gives out low gross splits.

Also because of how many factors CPM depends on, It would be nearly impossible to give an exact answer but to just say some networks have bigger averages than others.

Like I know ZoominTV`s CPM on average for march was 4.50$ and then compare that to BBTV`s December average of 2.44$ , you can see the increase there.. especially as March is worse for CPMs.

Alot of networks, claim to have the highest CPMs when they actually don`t...

What about fullscreen Shane
I`ve heard from many people that CPMs are bad , especially in Yeousch. Maybe I`ve just heard from the wrong people though  I have no facts so to speak on their averages :p

or you can go with Austin `s speech : We have a big sales team blah blah blah we`re amazing blah blah I have no idea what I`m talking about this is a copy and paste paragraph blah blah blah...

Shane so which one would you advise based on split and cpm
Well I would say ZoominTV, but since I kind-of have a network under them (going under another MCN now) my opinion might be biased :p[DOUBLEPOST=1365804224,1365804017][/DOUBLEPOST]Edit : Forgot to mention that, that CPM I quoted for ZoominTV for March is after Google`s split but before Zoomin`s.

CPMs are always fluctuating so no one can answer your question in an honest, informed and, as we've already seen, unbiased way. Also, to reiterate as I have before, when you look at your CPM in your YouTube analytics, that is your CPM before YouTube takes it's 45% and your MCN takes it's percentage of the remaining 55%. So most numbers that you see people throwing around are most likely inaccurate.

While we do have a dedicated sales team that sales a lot of our own advertising, we also have Gorilla campaigns which are sponsorship video opportunities for ALL of our partners within each campaign's demographic. These are sponsored videos that you take part in and earn anywhere between $20-$50 CPMs on that single video to compliment your standard YouTube revenue for the month. It's a great way to earn extra money in an easy and fun way.
