Best network for a comedy channel?

I've been looking heavily into a YouTube partnership but I want to find the right network before I make any commitments. I've been courted by a recruiter as Viso but I'd like to make sure that I have as much info as possible beforehand.

Do you know of any good networks for comedy channels like mine?
