rpm or fullscreen are good, I do comedy sketches too and rpm accepted my when I had 100 subs

Not for certain. You can always apply it doesn't hurt to apply to them

just apply, it totally depends on the manager from the networks looking at your content, heard lots of people getting in, with only a few subs, but they have somthing which the people think might get big etc
