I Love YTtalk
I fit their view stats but I was denied for a possible of 3 reasons

1. You are using copyrighted music in your videos that you do not have the artist's permission to use.
2. You do not have relevant audio commentary over your gameplay videos.
3. You have videos posted to your channel that you do not own.

??? Is this my celebrtiy videos or is it that I have swearing in my videos???

Here's a tip how to rid of without deleting your video:
Private your video
Ask for permission of tha person
Get permission.

Share th video again...Think it helps.

Youtube also reviews your channel and can see the privated video if they search enough. It's also dishonest and it's restricted for a reason.. If you do this (and get away with it) you can lose your partnership, if not your channel.

I think the celebrtiy videos are the ones that aren't allowed. Because using their names when they don't really have anything to do with it isn't nice.

then again

www.youtube.com/user/jayuzumi - he does celebrity vids and is partnered, how come he can???
I really think they just gave the first or any excuse not to partner you man. Your stats aren't usually what a network is looking for right away. Swearing doesn't matter and even using celebrity pictures/voices shouldn't matter since almost EVERYONE does it anyways. I mean even PewDiePie uses popular music in his videos (with out permission and admits it all the time) and doesn't get in trouble. If a network doesn't like the stats you're bringing in it seems like they look for anything to deny you. I would work on the growing your audience more and then apply again.

I used celebrity voices for gameplay and make gaming vids of them

Indeed when you have over 1000 daily views they don't even care about copyrighted music in your videos anymore.
