Loving YTtalk
So one of the next videos we'd like to do involve "Batman in the Country" and I'm wondering if there are any issues with monetizing a video with a person in Batman cosplay, or if there is a problem putting Batman in the title of the video. Check out our cosplay below :)

If there was, would onision even have a channel? Or Shane Dawson, or... dude so many people cosplay batman it's not even funny...

Great! I knew we could make videos, just wasn't sure if YouTube or Maker would have an issue with them being monetized.
I really don't have like... you know, expert advice on this, I just know batman is one of the most commonly cosplayed characters around. Another big youtuber who's dressed up as him is Repzion so I mean... go for it dude, everybody's doin it LOL

Well the only thing that could be copyrighted would be the music or actual clips from movies. Other than that you are good to go :).

i actually talked to Fullscreen about it cause we have a Batman project in the works as well..i was worried about the Logo more then anything and they said monetizing that would be no problem and i assume that is with everything aslong as you don't sell DC merch or anything like that

Friggen awesome Batman outfit man!
