there should be a button that says upload file under the posting area... If it is the one that is on your channel I dig it.. wasn't sure if you made a new one

I'd remove the YT & Twitter to be honest, no need for it lol, as you have the little icons now You could have something pointing down to the icons saying "Connect with me" or something .
