Are you able to claim and monetize a game trailer?? PLEASE HELP

Are you already partnered? I think it's okay since you're like REVIEWING the trailer and giving your opinion about. It's commentation too, in a way. Contact your support to be sure.
 
Game trailers are generally heavily copyrighted, often also the included music, to make things worse. I advise against using footage from 'em.
 
Well I used a Battlefield 4 trailer and gameplay in 2 of my videos and I haven't received any warning about it. The only thing I got was when I took a snapshot off the Battlefield 4 website to quote something and I got this "You have EA copyright content" and so on, but that's about it. Best thing for you to do is talk to your partner support. Some game trailers aren't copyrighted and can be used for reviews without any special permission. I'm guessing best thing for you to do is talk to your support buddies and see it yourself.
