Are there any risks with AdSense?

I was thinking of using adsense , check my CPM and then join a network (no lock in) and check my CPM to see what's better.

Are there any risks with adsense? I've heard about clickbombing and stuff.

What happens if my adsense gets disabled?

You get an email saying your adsense account has been "suspended" for what ever unclear reasons, there is no appeals process that I know of.

Try reading this?

If your adsense is disabled, then it will also disable your monetization tab on YouTube. What does this mean? Well it means you can't associate a new adsense account with your channel, nor can you join a network.

Its certainly something you don't want to happen. Clickbombing is fairly rare unless you have made enemies online that you think are likely to attack you.

You can always track adsense by seeing the impression/click ratio (CTR). Anything above 5% is suspicious and could be to do with click bombing. If you are clever, you could track this and if it happens. Remove the monetization from your account before YT do.

Go for it.

I would say a lot higher than that. Maybe 1 in 5,000 or something

Yeah I agree. If you aren't intentionally trying to do it yourself, chances are very, very, very, very low.

For click-bombing there`s only maybe a 1 in 500 chance..

Flammy was only using Adsense as a pretty big channel
Indeed. I used AdSense even when I was over 1 million views per month. As a normal adsense partner, not a 'full youtube partner' or anything.
