Are Google Hangouts/Live Streams restricted?

I Love YTtalk
When we do a Google Hangout or a YouTube live stream utilizing Google's Hangouts, Google puts a "Google+" logo in the upper left-hand corner. After the Hangout/Live Stream is over, YouTube publishes it as a regular video on my channel.

I tend to 'private' that video and re-upload an edited version to make a better viewing experience.

Here's my question. With the Google+ logo in the upper-left hand corner, does anybody know if I have to use Google properties for re-uploads? Has anybody heard about any problems with re-uploading a recorded event to a non-Google property?

I checked the TOS and didn't find anything.
