well i applied for them hoping to get in or hear back from them soon, problem is i dont have many dedi subs lol some people just subbed cause they could, any suggestiongs on getting those dedi subs?

The majority of your views are coming from just a few of your videos. I would examine those and try and work out what you're doing differently there vs what you're doing with the rest of the channel and adjust more towards the content that's attracting the larger audience.

Creator X is a subnetwork of Fullscreen for smaller channels. I think you will probably get into Fullscreen though so no point applying for their subnetwork unless you don't get into Fullscreen. Even then, I'd apply to Fullscreen Arcade next before settling for Creator X if you really want to be with Fullscreen.

Not really.. Networks don't really promote smaller channels. You're still on your own, though some people say that networks helped them grow. Maybe a little, hard to tell. Though it does enable some kind of promotion thing on youtube that might help.
