Anyone with Fraps please help!!!!

I posted so far one video with fraps and it came out with maximum of 360p, I don't know how to increase the quality so someone please help because I want quality over quantity PLEASE HELP!!!

did you maybe mess around with max video file sizes or something? if thats even possible.

When did it finish uploading?
Sometimes it can take up to an hour for the other qualities to appear.

thanks guys for suggesting options but I found the solution, apparently I had the option on halfsized but its supposed to be full size
