As a general review of your channel I think the most important thing you can do right now is switch to have viewers land on the featured tab rather than on the feed and have your latest video on autoplay, there's guides here on how to do it:

Doing so means people viewing your channel will be viewing your latest video, some will be interested and carry on watching it and some may leave the video but at least you are getting some extra views that way and potentially interest someone who wasn't interested previously. It is win win and there's no reason not to.
I think with you being the star of the channel that it would be best if you had a full picture of yourself in your icon rather than only half of your face. It could be a good idea to have a custom background with some thumbnail pictures of yourself too sticking out at the sides, the current background you have with them on top would be fine.
Other than that your channel is set up very well and you have your videos organised which is good to see considering how many videos you have
The main things I think could be done with your videos is a little more editing, perhaps taking out any parts which are slow moving so that people get straight to the point, perhaps a little more lighting too, other than that I think you should only record when using your camera/camcorder because the webcam recorded video was quite hard to watch which is expected with it being a webcam recording but I would rather wait for the camera to charge up myself so the quality is consistent.
I think you have a lot of interesting things that you talk about on there but I think they could be better if they were straight to the point and a little shorter perhaps for example your haters video, with a little editing it could have been shorter and quicker for everyone to watch.
I like how you have your videos are set out, that is meant to be the best way to set out your introduction like so:
Main person welcoming to the video.
Quick intro.
Content.
Ending.
