Anyone familiar with EDM Spotlight?

Hi everyone, so I got a message to get partnered with EDM Spotlight and I was wondering if anyone here has experience with them.
They're also asking me to put EULA link in every video I put, I'm not sure if this is normal or not so. Just wanted to see if someone here know anything about them.

Yea, wow Vultra has some vloggers but we can`t do much for small vogging channels with a Gaming network....
