Anyone else moved to TinyGalaxy by Fullscreen? [PangeaFX is moved to Tiny Galaxy]

Hey peeps,

Yesterday, i tried to login on Fullscreen and instead i have my dashboard, i have a new contract on my screen for joining the network TinyGalaxy. Out of the blue. I dont know why they did this cause i had a agreement with my network manager to stay with PanguaFX (they are going to boost that soon, so they say) But that was a month ago.

I have send a email to my network manager and i think i need to wait till monday for a reply cause the weekend. But, curious if it happened to other ppl as well.

Plus, i dont understand the choice TinyGalaxy also cause i make time laps videos. TinyGalaxy is a mobile tech network. Kinda weird :)

Wow thats crazy:( Yeah they only respond on business days and if you don't get a response by monday i say resend the same email and for a extra convience send one to the support team so you can get to the bottom of this. I am with Tinygalaxy in fullscreen myself

I saw that in your titles on your videos and i need more information on photoshop so when i get the time i will check out your content but i hope the best at getting your issue resolved:)

I think that will be fine.. I dont have sign anything.. so i think i am still under the first contract i have.

Yeah it makes sense they can't just transfer you to a new network without your authorization and also if you have not agreed to anything:)

Wait for a response from your partner manager. If you were placed in a new hub, you should have received an email notifying you-it is most likely a glitch.

They can transfer you to a new hub at any time. It's in the Assignment portion of your contract unless you had portion removed.
