Anyone Else Have Support Issues?

Hey Everyone, First Post here but long time lurker lol.

It Seems as though I can't contact partner-support, even though my Content Owner Account meets beyond the requirement of 15,000 Of Watch Time in 90 days.

I Get the message of "Your YouTube partner account is not eligible for direct email consultation. Learn more about the support levels YouTube offers and the criteria used to determine these levels."

It's puzzling for me, because like said they require 15,000 Hours of watch time per 90 days and I have
38,344 Hours of watch time...

Anyone have a fix for it, or have the same issue and found out how to get support to work?

tl;dr Have 34,344 Hours of watch time and Partner-Support says I'm still not eligible.

Is your channel connected to a Google+ Profile or +Page?
