Any networks to join for 16 year-olds?

I've recently found that most partnerships for gaming require me to be 18+. Are there any partnerships that can sign me even though I'm 16? I don't really care about what the contract really has to offer me, as long as they don't lock me in for longer than a year. I just want custom thumbnails and a big banner over my channel :p

Oh and you can get custom thumbnails without partnering. Just enable monetization...

And the new layout (which is getting forced soon) is removing banners.

Lol yeah... It's been announced for like 2 months now haha. And enabling monetization means adding ads to your videos. In the video manager there should be a money sign button next to your videos. Click on them.
