Any Networks Accepting Without Many Subs or Views?

I only have 30 subscribers and a few hundred views, and im looking for a network that is just looking for good quality content. I am still trying to get my name out there, and get known.

I wouldn't go that route if I were you. Some networks accept such low stats, but usually it's because they are a p**s poor network themselves and are gonna help you as much as you can help yourself. I'd wait till those stats go up and then try to get on a network with a good reputation and a large catalogue of channels.
 
Just try to grow your channel and later on ask for partnership. Don't make video's because you want to get partnership asap, but because you love to do it. If you reach like 85 views per day you are able to apply to Creator X I believe ( any professional, correct me if i'm wrong hihi :D )

Yeah creator x is like a sub version of Fullscreen that has lower requirements. I'd probably rather be on fullscreen though.

Our advice is to wait and worry about networks later. (a couple months at the very least) Get on a consistent upload schedule and just keep improving your content quality for now. :)

I didn't say I didn't love you! hahahaha I think it's great you guys offer what you offer, and I do believe you're legit and a good network to join. I just think being on actual fullscreen carries more prestige with it, and probably opens you up to bigger opportunities, but that's not to say your network isn't helpful and good to be a part of too! Especially for channels who might never make it to the status that they'd have to be at to join with fullscreen. SOWWY HUGZ
 
If Creator X (lowest requirements) is saying you should wait till later then you should ,

Just have fun with YouTube, if you`re in it for money the you`re going no where ....
