If you are looking for a new/"small" network specifically then i'll suggest Vultra without any personal experience.

I personally suggest going with the established networks 100% of the time, in every situation.

From my point of view,you don't even need videos to have subs,due to the fact that youtube has become a way of message communication,like in my case,y have only 2,500 video views ,and 900 subs due to the fact that I own a big gaming community in my country and people contact me via youtube.

dont forget any one who deleted video's lost alot of views so it makes sub to view ratio way off now.

Let's be honest, no excuse or reason in the world explains a 3:1 view to sub ratio.

I've focused EXTENSIVELY on converting views to subs I can achieve at a very maximum 40:1 ratio, very rarely is it less than this; Today it was 170:1!
