Answer Needed Now About Gorilla Campaign!

So I'm still a newbie when it comes to this gorilla campaign stuff but I need answers now because I'm thinking of entering one tomorrow. The campaign is an "tell your audience about fullscreen" campaign. First question, it says it has a 10 dollar CPM and its a "cost per view" campaign. Does this mean I get 10 dollars per view or am I reading this wrong? Second question, do I make a whole video dedicated to this or do I just make a 30 second or so clip at the beginning of my video and then talk about something else entirely for the rest of the video? Thanks in advance.

I have no idea what a Gorilla campaign is. But CPM stands for "Cost Per Mille" which essentially means "Per Thousand" = You'll get roughly that much per 1000 clicks. Hopefully someone else can answer your second question. Best of luck ;)

This is what I thought but it specifically says "Cost per view" and it also specifically says "you will get money for each VIEW your video gets". My first reaction was, NO WAY THIS CAN BE TRUE.

What that means is you get paid per view and not per block of thousand views. So $10 per thousand views means 1 cent per view.

Here's a video that explains the gorilla program:

I actually already watched that video about 20mins ago lol. You had me at the first sentence then you lost me at the second one. So lets do this in simple terms. What do I get paid per view with this campaign ?[DOUBLEPOST=1374199410,1374199242][/DOUBLEPOST]

After reading what you wrote again I think you're saying I get 1 cent per view but Id like you to clarify that :)

As for your second question, when you go into the gorilla campaign you could see the recent submissions to give you an idea of what to do. For this specific campaign, I have seen people just do a 3o sec video just for the campaign and then ive seen other people put that 30 secs into their original video
